Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup dairy free milk
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup berries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon honey OR stevia to taste (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • Juice from one lemon
Instructions
  1. Blend and enjoy!
Notes
If you don’t have a high speed blender, put milk in first and blend with greens until pulverized. Then add other ingredients and mix again. Thin with additional milk/water or thicken with ice cubes to reach desired constancy.
