- 1 1/2 cups dairy free milk
- 1 scoop of your favorite vegan protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 drop vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your high speed blender in the order listed.
- Blend until smooth.
- Use ice cubes to thicken and water to thin to reach your desired consistency.
