Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups dairy free milk
  • 1 scoop of your favorite vegan protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 5 drop vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to your high speed blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Use ice cubes to thicken and water to thin to reach your desired consistency.
