Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup dates, soaked
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao (or GSGLife Chocolate Protein Powder)
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds, preferably soaked
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients except for the shredded coconut into a food processor or high speed blender.
  2. Blend until well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add in shredded coconut and process for another 30 seconds.
  4. Use a large spoon to scoop the mixture and roll them into balls (about 8-10 of them).
  5. Serve or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
