My name is Heather Ferber and I’m a Certified Holistic Health Coach who graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2012. I’ve taken Digestive Courses with Andrea Nakayama and intense hormone courses with IIN. I work with busy, professional women and mothers to help them balance their hormones, lose weight and boost their energy and attitude.

I created this program because at one time, I had crazy irregular periods, chronic belly bloating, low energy, constant sugar cravings, hair loss, brain fog and quite a bit of irritability and inability to relax. I was in my 20’s and 30’s and trying a laundry list of fixes including taking the birth control pill, working out more, Chinese medicine, eating less fat, eating less carbohydrates, and then some.

Basically, my symptoms weren’t really the problem – they were messages from my body as it was attempting to survive my crazy lifestyle as an intense athlete, over achieving sales rep, over scheduled volunteer, and always socializing/dining out- /drinking young woman.

That all changed when I truly learned to address the root cause of my symptoms and adopted a healthy lifestyle and diet that truly supported my hormone health, improved digestion, and allowed for proper rest and relaxation.
